Banana Powder:
Banana powder is made from processed raw bananas. It is used as a component for production of milk shakes, baby foods and various types of cakes and biscuits.
Dried banana power is a versatile ingredient in the bakery world, for enhancing both flavor and functionality. Beyond bakery applications, banana powder is also used in instant kheer mix, halwa, various sweets and confectionery, beverages like yogurt and flavored milkshakes, and even ice creams. Besides food industry, banana power is also used in cosmetics.

Dehydrated Onion:
Dehydrated onion flake is ideal as a base ingredient, ready to kick start the flavour for various culinary delight. It can be used for making vegetable curries, seasoning for dal, soup, sausages, burgers, batter of pakodas, topping for pulavs, biryani, stews, casseroles, stuffing mixes and to add flavour to breadcrumbs.
Once onion has been dried, its flavour is more intense than fresh, and therefore, it should be stored in an airtight container such as a mason jar with an oxygen absorber.
Dehydrated Whole Garlic Cloves and Garlic Flakes:
Dehydrated garlic flakes are processed naturally and manufactured from fresh garlic and are incredibly healthy. Another benefit of dehydrated garlic is that it provides the same nutritional value, scent, taste and flavour of fresh raw garlic. The active compounds in dehydrated garlic can reduce blood pressure and lowers risk of cardiovascular diseases and strokes.
Dehydrated garlic is considered to have capabilities to lower total and LDL cholesterol levels, besides having positive impact on bone health.
