Harish Mukati

Harish is an engineering graduate from NIT Bhopal with Executive Management studies from IIM Ahmedabad. He started his career with a world-renowned engineering company Larsen & Toubro (L&T), followed by project execution assignment for various Cold Rolling Mills and Galvanizing lines (CRM complexes) across the globe, before joining a company where he eventually became the youngest ever Executive Director – Operations.

Before heading Operations of an Engineering and Manufacturing company, he had headed Projects where he executed many turnkey projects for iron and steel making in different parts of the world. As operations head, he made significant contributions in improving profitability of the engineering division of the company through various interventions across its value chain.

He also specializes in organizational transformation through continuous improvements in processes and methods reducing cost and time, and enhancing quality, and thereby the profitability of the company substantially. Merger, acquisition and verities of other rare organizational capabilities had made Harish a standout intrapreneur till he chose to be an entrepreneur himself. He is also known for his leadership in team building and inculcating highly conducive work culture which are active ingredients of a successful organization.
