A graduate engineer with Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Industrial) from University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee), Manoj spent almost 27 years with an engineering company seeing it grow a little over 100 times before he stepped down from the position of Executive Director – Business Development.

Manoj’s major specializations are in the field of business development, sales & marketing and corporate strategy formulation, and execution. He had the distinction of transforming the international business of an engineering company from scratch to a level where it consistently contributed about 50% of the company’s revenue. He also led development and implementation of balanced scorecard system to build a strategy focused organization, aligning company’s resources, internal processes and external outcomes to continuously improve strategic performance.

Besides, he has proven credentials in rebuilding the organization’s systems across the value chain, improving top line and bottom line from business operations of high value capital goods / projects on a sustainable basis. New market exploration to widen customer base, deep-penetration in selected markets across the globe and brand positioning are other key expertise he brings to the table.
