An Electronics Engineer by qualification and designer by profession, Narendra Dalal was associated with one of the world’s leading capital equipment manufacturing companies that served steelmaking, foundry and heat treatment industry.

The company had started as Induction Furnace manufacturer and later expanded its capabilities in designing and manufacturing of other process equipment like ladle refining furnace, argon oxygen decarburization (AOD) converter, continuous casting machine, air pollution control system and host of productivity improvement equipment and automation products under his dynamic leadership.

Besides leading design & development functions (as Director – Technical and Chief Technology Officer), other areas of his expertise are quality management, vendor development and manufacturing process optimization. Both need-based value engineering and value-added product development, new product development and continuous improvements in existing products combining in-side out and out-side in approach are his forte.
